Dust off your picnic blankets and join us on 26th July, 201 years to the day since the Union Chain Bridge opened. This is an outdoor event.
Musicians Paul Hutchinson and Sophy Ball will entertain us with authentic 1820s style music. Ice creams, Honey Farm products and Union Chain Bridge books and memorabilia will be on sale.
The picnic is free to attend, but numbers are strictly limited to ensure everyone has plenty of space outside to picnic safely, or move undercover if it is damp. Please book your place at www.wegottickets.com/unionchainbridge
Feel free to bring your own picnic.
Or order and pay for one in advance from The Mule on Rouge, Bridge Street, Berwick (email papamule@themuleonrouge.com or call in in person) to collect on site on the day. Please tell The Mule on Rouge of any special dietary requirements in advance and order before 5pm on Saturday 24th July.
Free parking on the Honey Farm site. Please note that the Honey Farm is closed to the general public at the moment, so only ticket-holders will be allowed onsite.
